Ecademy students are provided with state-of-the art technologies to support their learning. In addition to providing computers for all students who need them, students are also provided with free subscriptions to the applications productivity tools that are at the core of our program. Student and parents receive training (online and on ground) as well as free technical support.
Since our Learning Management System is completely web-based, students must have high-speed access to the Internet and all families must sign an Internet Use Agreement.
Ecademy California uses Connect Pro by Adobe Systems. Connect Pro allows teachers to create live meeting spaces where students can interact using web cams and voice over IP for real time learning. Connect Pro classrooms are truly virtual and completely web-based. No special software is needed and all class meetings are recorded. Using Adobe Connect Pro as our learning management system allows students to stay in daily contact with their peers and teachers.
